I bought this doll to use next to the boys' bjorns. They love it and are really interested in him. We haven't named him (though we have two other dolls that we named). I guess he is "potty boy".
It's sad that there are so few ethnic dolls out there. We want our kids to be sensitive to diversity since there is diversity in our family. It is why we purchased him in the first place. The fact that he is unavailable should not deter you. I use this doll also as a way to redirect one of my sons... who is distractable when changing. He hangs onto him. It's a good doll and well made. The potty is so cute! I will be sad to pass him on to friends that is for sure!
