I love this game. I got this for my 2 1/2 year old for Christmas. This is sort of her first real game (along with I Never Forget a Face). And I am impressed. The cards are durable, it's easy to play, and I love the names of the colors. She has known red, yellow, and blue for nearly 2 years, so it is nice to learn new colors like chartreuse, turquoise, jade, etc. Wonderful game!
I now really enjoy all the eeboo products, I have been buying them for gifts. I love the high quality, bright colors, learning potential, and they are just different from everything else out there. I just wish they were made in the USA, and were available locally. But oh well...

After searching for Go Fish cards that dealt with colors, I was excited to find these cards. They reminded me of the cards I played when I was little. Although my granddaughter and I have fun with these cards, I wish they would have used basic colors names to help teach the colors, which was the purpose of my purchase. It's difficult to present colors such as turquoise and chartreuse to a 2 1/2 year old. I was hoping to work on red, green, brown, black, etc. as cafe au lait is not in her vocabulary. So we still use the "ordinary" names of the colors when we play, and she does enjoy playing with the fish cards in her own way, so the purchase was worth it.Customer Review: Go Fish So Fun - Love the Colors

When I was a kid, I had these cards. They were big and oversized so that's what I was expecting. These are actually regular card size which is no knock on the cards just a negative because of my own misfounded expectations. That said, I love them I play with my 2.5 yr old and family. She's learned new colors like Chartreuse (which is hilarious because she pronounces "r"'s like W's so it's shawtweuse). Love the fish shapes and love hearing her holler "Go Fish". This is the first game that she is learning and I can't recommend it enough.Customer Review: GO FISH for sure!

These cards are not only beautiful, but they teach kids about different colors, same vs. different, taking turns, asking for what you want, etc. They are coated and sturdy and my kids never want to stop playing the game. The only downside is that with fish-shaped cards, you have to be careful to shuffle/pick up cards in the right direction or you've got tails all in the wrong direction. It is a small price to pay for such visually stunning and durable cards. We are thrilled with this purchase!Customer Review: Best ever Go Fish

This is the very best Go Fish card game! Perfect for very tiny children to learn to play card games. My 2 year-old daughter learned quickly how to play and can handle her own hand all by herself. It is actually FUN to play with her!! She learned all of these wonderful colors (chartreuse, hot pink, turquoise etc.) from these cards which is awesome! "Hey mom, look that that chartreuse sign!" Totally awesome. We have given this game as a gift to everyone we know and they all love it too.
