What a precious name for a doll! I just MUST have her ... for myself!
The name CHOU CHOU just rolls off the tongue so prettily! Does anyone know what it means?
I realize the name is no reason to buy a doll ... but I'm a grandmother and can be forgiven many things (I hope). Actually, I read the reviews and for the most they're very positive.
I generally toss my stuff in my Amazon cart, but I'm going to gently place this adorable doll in beside my book order.

Description of Love Me Baby CHOU CHOU Functional Doll
this description should appear on the page.This battery-operated Caucasian doll has unpredictable behaviors to give little girls a taste of what it's like to care for a real baby. Chou Chou makes realistic movements, such as kicking her legs when happy or when her diaper is being changed and opening and closing her eyes randomly. Her sounds and behaviors are also very convincing and include babbling baby talk when Chou Chou is happy, yawning when Chou Chou is sleepy, a sucking sound when Chou Chou's bottle is placed in her mouth, laughing when her blanket is thrown over the upper part of Chou Chou's body, and crying when Chou Chou is not attended to after one minute. Chou Chou also has molded plastic hands, feet, and head that look realistic and a soft, fabric body so she is still cuddly enough to sleep with. Chou Chou comes with several helpful care-taking accessories, including a pacifier, bottle, security blanket, and a birth certificate authenticating her arrival. She comes dressed in a romper suit, hat, and diaper-all of which may be hand washed. --Cristina Vaamonde
