My boyfriend, 24 yr old, really really wanted this robot! So for Christmas two years ago I bought it for him! Unfortunately it hasn't had much use! He played with it for about an hour! It was fun entertainment watching the cats chase it around and freak out when it chased them! My nephew, aged 3, enjoyed it also, but only for a short period of time. He lost interest after about an hour too! It does move in all directions and goes pretty fast on hard wood, even works on carpet, but not worth the money in my opinion!Customer Review: 3 year old joy

Radio shack has this toy for 99.00, eve on black friday, after holidays sales price is same. Here on Amazon it was for 59.00, great buy, shipping was free, what can you say. My three year old loves it, he took it to his grandma's house and the robot actually said something about the carpet needs cleaning, she was surprised, it is great also for adults, breaks up those big family get togethers, watching this fella move around, he does recongize walls, table legs and so forth, worth the price for a gift.Customer Review: EXTREMELY FUNNY¡¡¡

THIS IS THE FIRST ONE-FROM WOW WEE ROBOTICS- THAT I BOUGHT FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD SON, AND I AM GOING TO BUY OTHER ONES.MY KID IS ENJOYING EVERY MINUTE OF THE DAY WITH IT.HE CAN HANDLE IT EASILY,TURNS FORWARD, BACKWARDS,AND AROUND. IT AVOIDS ANY OBSTACLE.IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TIRED OF IT.MY SON HAS HIM SLEEPING BY HIS SIDE. I HAVE TO CONFESS ALSO THAT I WENT COMPLETY MAD WITH THIS TOY. Tribot was ALOT of fun, for my niece's son AND for all the male adults helping him work the robot!! He is only 5 yrs old but was able to understand the functions after being shown a few times. Of course, he chased his little sister and the dog with the Tribot but no harm done...The tribot fell over many times, so it took a lickin' and kept on tickin' -- appears to be very sturdy. I would recommend this to children 5 or 6 yrs old and up, not necessary to be as old as 8 yrs.Customer Review: Birthday gift for my 6 year old

I bought this product for my 6 year old for his birthday. He loves it. It is very durable as well, my 2 year old dropped it down the stairs and it is still working fine. The only complaint I have is how over priced it was during the holiday season. I bought it for $60 and thought that was a good deal considering it was priced at $100 most places to find out that a week or two after Christmas it was at a store near my home for $40. Still glad I bought it though.
