We started out playing cows which were much bigger and didn't respond well to our cricket-like throwing techniques. With the cows, it was much harder to score Jowlers, and Snouters were an impossibility. Sometimes, the cows would begin to split if too much force was used in rolling them. The head even came off of our friend Jamie's cow. Now that Jamie got us the pigs, we are much happier and have been scoring much better. We also like the sleek pig carrying case. I have had this game for over 20 years, and it has never failed to provide a good time for all. Usually, when we bring out the game for someone who has never played it, they have that "how to I get out of this" look on their face. It sounds like a stupid game when you explain it but I have never played it with anyone who didn't love it after 15-20 minutes of play time. Great icebreaker for a party, easy to learn, and great for all ages over about 6. The travel edition is perfect for a rainy day.Customer Review: Take Pigs Camping

A friend turned me on Pigs ten years ago. It is portable, fun and simple enough for most ages. We've been to many NASCAR races camping and it's always a hit with the crowd we gather with each year. In fact, I bought and gave out five sets of the game to our friends who live in other states so they could continue playing at their respective homes. Perfect for those who want sit back with a drink and not have to get too cerbral but who want to have a fun game that engages all who play!Customer Review: Pass the Pigs is GREAT

Pass the pigs is a samll durable game that can be taken places, played with people of any age and you need to know how to add to play it. it takes the chance of betting games, and the rolling of board games to master this game. the object is to roll the tiny pigs and try to get them to land in a certain position, this is worth a certain number of points which you can take or roll again and add the points together, but beware you can bust and lose all of your points BUY THIS GAME!!!
