Customer Review: Loads of fun...easy to use

My son received this toy as a birthday present. I was surprised how much fun it is. It uses infrared technology (not laser--that would be dangerous!) to target your opponents device. You wear it on your wrist and slip the "trigger" over your finger. Then, by simply moving your finger, you "shoot". It makes cool electronic firing noises to let you know it has fired. Like all games of this sort, you can easily put the device behind your back and you can't be "tagged", but really, how much fun is that? You need to eventually shoot your opponent, at which time you become vulnerable. Once your device has been hit, it beeps to let you know you have been defeated. A simple slide of a switch resets the game, and off you go again. Ages: 4+ to adult. Loads of fun, and well worth the price. The battery life is great. We haven't replaced them yet. Note: on the product description it says it takes 6 C batteries. This is incorrect. It only take two AA or AAA (I can't remember which). Regardless, it is light-weight.
