Toys and Games Reviews of Vtech - Write & Learn Letter PadCustomer Review: This toy could be great Summary: 1 Stars
This toy has a really great idea. The problem is that it always says that they did a great job, even if they did not draw the letter or shape correctly. If the toy would tell them to try again when they got it wrong, then I would give it 4 stars.
Customer Review: No Screw on Battery Cover Summary: 3 Stars
Most children's toys have a screw on the battery compartment, but this one did not. My 3-year old daughter quickly broke off the cover and pulled the batteries out. It seemed like a fun, educational toy for the few days she got to enjoy it.
Customer Review: Just ok - battery compartment easily opened by toddler Summary: 3 Stars
This toy is decent for the price. My biggest gripe is that the battery compartment does not screw on. My almost 3 year old is quite capable of removing the cover and batteries. I've had to put it away for the time being because of this.
Customer Review: fun for a while Summary: 3 Stars
I bought this for Christmas last year and it was fun for a while. I'm not too impressed with the graphics which are very crude. Invest in a Leapster. I bought one for my now 4-year-old and boy she hardly wants to put it down!
Customer Review: Write N Learn Summary: 4 Stars
I purchased this toy for my 3 year old nephew as a Christmas present and I am told he is really enjoying it. He travels around with it in his back pack. I hope that it will be useful in him learning the ABC's and how to write.
