This is the best kids camera on the market. You get so much for the price. You can take photos and put crazy special effects on them. My kids love doing that. You can also take video and photos with voice. My 4 year old daughter got the fisher price camera and it was awful! The display was tiny and you couldn't see the photos you took. It didn't have any special effects, video capability, or games. We returned the fisher price model and got this camera and love love love it! I had to buy another one for my 7 year old son because he was fighting over the camera. I got it in a different color so they could tell them apart. I even find myself playing with it. Yes the quality is not super but you can put a memory card in and take 2 megapixel photos which is great for a kids camera.Customer Review: Fun for Everyone

I purchased this for my almost 3 year old daughter. She took 108 photos on Christmas Day (mostly of the ground!). She also loves the games that came with the camera and I've seen her learn how to make the controls work better. I got a different kind of camera for my 8 yr. old son, but he keeps playing with my daughters' because he likes the add ins (horns & googly eyes) to the photos -- he's not even turned off my the fact that it's pink. It's been dropped several times and hasn't slowed it down. I've heard from other mom's that purchased other brands that the batteries died within a day, we're still on our first set 2+ weeks later. I've had fun using it with her also. And now when she clamors for the camera, she has her very own she can use and drop and smudge the screen on!Customer Review: Fun, Durable and Educational, but most of all Easy to use

This camera is wonderful.My 3 yr. old grand daughter loves it.She has had so much fun with it and it's very easy for her to use.She likes to look through the view finders instead of the screen & this camera has 2, so it's easier for her to use.(like binoculars)Her Papa & I have had loads of fun with it as well.It also comes with games & all the connections to download photos to the computer & to view on TV. I researched many kids cameras before deciding on this one & I'm glad I did. The photos are good quality for a kid's camera,the internal memory holds more than my own camera & it also has a slot for a memory card up to 2GB.I got it on sale for $20 off, but I would have paid full price if I had to.It's well worth the $$ and her favorite color is pink, so that's a plus.Customer Review: Hours of fun for a three year old.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 3 year old god-daughter who loves taking pics with my cell. She is beyond in love with this camera! Also bought a battery charger and some rechargeable batteries and she is well on her way to filling this thing. I thought it might be a little too advanced for her but while I was busy reading the manual she came over and excitedly showed me how to take pictures and play the games included on the camera so no worries there! Now the only thing is im trying to decide if I have to hide it from her cause im sick of posing for pics every two seconds and she insists on carting this around everywhere! Oh and the pictures are decent enough for her she just lets you know that you have to stay still for 2 secs so it won't come out blurry.Customer Review: Great camera for kids!

We got this for my 4 yr old for Christmas. Two of her friends have the one from Fisher Price, but after reading the reviews, I decided to get the Vtech one instead. It is fantastic!
My daughter ABSOLUTELY LOVES it, and has been able to use all of the features by herself - including the camcorder - only needing a little bit of help to explain the buttons. My husband hooked it up to the TV so she could view all the photos on the "big screen" - which were actually all in focus - not too shabby for a preschooler.
It is still running strong on 4 AA batteries purchased in an 8-pack from the dollar store. We will probably pick up some rechargeable batteries for it, because I can tell this toy is going to be a favorite.
