Customer Review: VERY Disappointed!

My mother just recently purchased the Blues Clues cartrige for the VSmile TV game system for my nearly 3 year old daughter as a Christmas present.
I am so disappointed in the cartridge. We've had vsmile for a year now and my daughters are both familiar with the game system and own several other cartridges for the system (altogether 6 games, I think).
The game is recommended for 3-5 year olds. My 4 year old daughter has trouble with the game. The game is not at all intuitive and the instructions are not very helpful. Joe (the "host") says hello instead of giving instructions or helpful tips most of the time. Blue is difficult to move in the "right" places to do what you need to do in the game. You can only put the game on 2 player in the "learning zone." There are not enough spaces to put in my daughter's whole name in the beginning of the game and, again, no option for 2 player so my other daughter could not participate in that part at all!
Very disappointing.
Not to mention that now, because its opened already, it cannot be returned.
We enjoy all the other games we have for the system, including Winnie the Pooh, Dora and Little Mermaid and the game that came with the vsmile system. I would not recommend Blues Clues to anyone, especially if I like them!
