Toys and Games Reviews of Colorforms Activity Toys Original 60th Anniversary EditionCustomer Review: Given as a gift Summary: 4 Stars
We gave this as a gift to a 5 year old girl. The child liked it well enough, but it is definately something that has more educational value than the "OMGoshhhh" factor. I honestly do not know if she has continued to play with it, but I hope so. I suspect that a child interested in building would be more appreciative.
Customer Review: Free-form and imaginative Summary: 4 Stars
I didn't know how my 5-year old would like these but she had a lot of quiet, concentrated fun making Colorform pictures with her 9-year old cousins this Christmas. Nice to see a toy that is not affiliated with any cartoon character or movie be so popular. I love it for that reason alone!
Customer Review: Fun for All Ages Summary: 5 Stars
This is a toy I remember purchasing for my daughter when she was young. It is fabulous to have an opportunity to get it for my granddaughters. They love it! They create intricate designs with the wonderful shapes. I believe it helps promote imagination and creativity.
Customer Review: overall a decent toy Summary: 3 Stars
Its not something a kid is going to jump up and down and run down the street about, but its a good toy. It is much more educational than an xbox game and seems like it is fun for the kids. My kids like it and i think your kids might too
Customer Review: Classic for creativity Summary: 4 Stars
The Original Colorforms set is a classic. The basic shapes help a child learn artistic fundamentals, construction, and creativity. This has been a favorite for two generations of children in our family. A wonderful "quiet time" toy.
