I bought this product as a gift and was really embarrassed that when opened, it was found to have mildew inside the boards that you put the shapes on. This mildew also fused the two boards together such that when separated, the black board's finish became damaged. I wrote to Amazon Customer Service who informed me that another one was on the way and that I could send mine back when I received the new one.... however it was due to me more than a week ago, and never arrived. I was there when the first edition was released. It was magical then and when I opened the very attractive box of my new version, it was magic all over again. No guidelines, two background boards, bright basic primary colored shapes; it's tantamount to having a nice building block set in your lap. Use on mirrors, windows, and other smooth glass-like surfaces to unleash new energies. It would be even more fun to have extra colorform pages from which to cut one's own shapes. I had these when I was a kid and loved them! When I saw them for sale it just took me back, the bold colors and shapes on the black board was an image in my mind I had long forgotten but came crashing back. I bought one for my grandaughter for Christmas and am sure she will have as much fun playing with it as I did. I was impressed by the quality when I received it, so it is worth the price, that I intially thought to be extremely high. Worth it, as it will be hours of non-electronic fun!Customer Review: They don't stick to the board!

Just purchased and received this for my 2.5 year old grand daughter. Sadly, our Colorforms do not stick well to the two included boards at all. The Colorforms fall right off of the boards. I saw other reviewers mention this as well and should have read the reviews first. I would be so greatfull if someone would be able to tell me what number to call to ask the manufacturer for another set of boards. I sent an email but received no response.Customer Review: Great for a creative kid!

The first day was fun for my 4 yr old. He does not like to clean up - ya, ya, I Know he should... so we have started to loose the smaller pieces. Now, he finds it difficult to pick the smaller pieces and always wants company when he does this. Infact, my 10 year old does get carried away with this toy. This set should have more project pictures. I bought three and will pass them on as birthday gifts.
