OK, everyone can pick on this product because for $... you get plastic balls and fishing string - which is very much a pain to deal with. The point is you just can't find cool looking planets to hang from your ceiling that glow in the dark. It's so simple but when you're done and turn off the lights.... I think I want to sleep in my daughter's bedroom now!Customer Review: Fun toy

We got this for our 4 1/2 yr old son for christmas and hung it above his bed. The tacks didn't work for us (plaster walls) but so far they're staying up with tape. After reading books, its fun to talk about the different planets with him, and he likes seeing the glowing planets at night. Kids had Jupiter broken before I got the planets hung up (glued it back together ok though). Better than cardboard cutouts. Only glow for about a minute. Overall I'm satisfied with this product. Good way to learn about the planets. Kids enjoy the process of hanging them and learning about them. WM had it for six bucks cheaper fyi.Customer Review: Vincent 's favorite Night time activitie

I purchased this for my son (He just turned 2) after he was totally taken with Baby Einstein's Baby Galileo's Dvd. It's a bit of a pain with the installation (fishing wire, and those very tiny star tac's ). But other than that its a great way for children to learn about the solar system.A must have!!!!!!!!

My 7 year old son thinks these planets are really cool and realistic looking. He can now name all the planets and he thinks they are realy neat to look at day or night. I would give this 5 stars but the intensity of the glow is not very bright even if I leave the lights on for awhile before bed time.
