Toys and Games Reviews of Doctor Who - Tardis Rotating LED Mobile Phone CharmCustomer Review: T.A.R.D.I.S.-Light it up Summary: 4 Stars
Doctor Who Tardis Mobile Phone Charm
I am a very big fan of Doctor Who and was looking for something unique that represented my love for the show.
When I saw this charm, I had to have it.
From the time I opened the package I have been enjoying it. It lights up and spins when my mobile phone is in use. It also does so on it's own occasionally when not in use. It is also a great topic for conversation.
I plan to get others in the group.
It is a great item.
Customer Review: Bridging worlds Summary: 5 Stars
For a phone charm its rather large, the largest that I've had so far but well worth the price. When activated by incoming signals a blue light blinks as the tardis spins. (Blue light is rather bright in the dark as it continues to come on again several times during phone conversations, which may be annoying to some people...) Other wise this phone charm has started several conversations with friends and strangers alike, young and old fans will enjoy that extra little piece of Doctor fandom they're able to carry around with them on a daily bases!
Customer Review: I never get tired of the novelty Summary: 5 Stars
When it first arrived, it didn't work, but then I found a little tag that said to check the battery position because it may have come loose when removing the battery slip. I got the toy to work, but then it didn't work with my phone (my phone defaults to 3G). However, I live in an apartment and other phones in the area randomly set it off and it's entertaining to watch. I love the novelty of it lighting up at random, and honestly I like it better because I think I would get tired of it if it worked EVERY time with my phone.
Customer Review: Fun but unreliable Summary: 4 Stars
I got one for Christmas and it is a great toy for any Doctor Who fan. Had no problem hanging it on my phone but it has never worked with incoming or outgoing calls, I'm with Sprint. But there are a lot of places where it will just start spinning and flashing and that is good enough for me. It replaces a phone charm I bough in Europe a couple of years ago and as such it is just what I wanted, perfect in size, a great conversation piece and the occasional spinning and flashing is a bonus that puts a smile on my face.
Customer Review: Only light up and spins when you put in the last battery. Summary: 1 Stars
Has NEVER worked with the cell phone dispite the fact that I have the Tardis Phone Flasher (a 4 inch high model)made by the same company that works fine. In removing and re-installing the batteries one by one I found that THE ONLY time it would light and spin was when the circuit was completed by that last battery being installed. Clearly a defective unit. I'd e-mailed Card Rush Store three times to be able to send it back for a refund with NO RESPONSE.
