Customer Review: A Pleasant Nightlight While they're going to sleep

My 7=year old daughter loves rainbows, so this was a perfect fit for her. It does make a soft rainbow in your room when you turn it on. It's very pleasant and stays on about 10 minutes. Then, it turns itself off. It works kind of like a night light for our daughter as its calming and she goes to sleep pretty quick. I would not call it very durable, however. I think if a kid fingered it a lot, it would not fair well. Our daughter is delicate with stuff like this, so its been fine, but one good throw and I suspect it would be a gonner.Customer Review: just what he wanted

My son really wanted this toy for Christmas. He LOVES rainbows. He has autism and loves most visual toys. It is much more compact than I thought it would be and it found a spot immediately on his dresser. You just hold your hand under the arc for a moment and the rainbow shows itself on the walls or ceiling depending on how it is positioned. He loves it. There isn't much more to it than that, but it is a beautiful calming thing to see on your walls in the comfort of your own room any time you want to see it.Customer Review: My three year old LUVS this light!

This is not a toy... It says for ages like 4 and up, I think I already threw out the box. My three year old girl loves this thing. I am a single momma and price does determine whether or not I buy certain things. I thought this would be a good little thing to buy since she loves rainbows. IT IS!!! I love it too! LOL! So very pretty and amazing. Such a simple (kinda fragile) light night light. I bought this along with the twilight ladybug. The two combined are awesome! I'm not a child anymore but this is really enjoyable. It's not really a toy it's a lamp that beams different colored lights in the form of a rainbow.
It works best in a dark room and shuts itself off after ten minutes in case you forget to!
I have a painting that I did on the wall by my bed and I looked at thinking it was lacking until I was ready to sleep and saw that the rainbow spread it's spectrum across the wall and the painting. wow, what an amazing thing!

SO I JUST GOT THIS IN THE MAIL AFTER WAITING ABOUT 10 DAYS FOR IT. WHEN I OPENED IT I WAS KINDA SAD IT DIDNT COME WITH THE BATTERIES IT NEEDS 4 AAA. SO I GO TO THE STORE AND PICK SOME UP WHEN I GET HOME IM KINDA EXCITED HOW ITS GOING TO LOOK LITE UP. SO THE RAINBOW IS ABOUT 3 FEET LONG AND YOU CAN ONLY SEE IT IF ITS REAL CLOSE TO THE WALL. IT HAS 2 SETTINGS ONE A FULL COLOR RAINBOW AND THE OTHER IS IT ADDS ONE COLOR AT A TIME TO THE RAINBOW. SO ITS ALRIGHT OF A "TOY"
