Batteries last a long time. The thing turns itself off after many minutes. Stays on just long enough for my daughter to fall sleep. When the batteries get low only the lighter colors show up, orange and yellow not red. There is an optional extra power adapter available.Customer Review: Very cool

Hello, I just received my rainbow night light that I ordered for my daughter. I was pretty impressed on how bright it was. Love it ! It doesn't stay on all night thou. It's on a automatic timer. Overall I'm pleased !
