Customer Review: My 7-year-old son LOVES it!!!

My 7-year-old son loves this toy! He loves to look at the real moon at night; he sneaks out of bed, and looks out his window (a ritual every night). He has told me that he "gets sad" when it is hidden behind the clouds. Well, now he has one on his wall every night! It lights up very nicely, and makes a great night light (although I always turn it off after he is asleep, to save the batteries). Now we can lay together before he drifts off and look at the moon, high over his bed... Well worth the money (which is extremely reasonable)!!! The moon is very well made. Another great toy my Uncle Milton. You won't be disappointed!Customer Review: 15 year old daughter said not cool, but we say awesome!

Originally bought when we re-did my 15 year old daughters room, but not cool enough for her, so I thought I would see how this item works along with the purchased Milton Star Theater Uncle Milton Star Theater Pro.
So the setup was easy in me and my wife's master bedroom, one word awesome.... Creates such a calming and yes romantic environment and no we are not newlywed (9 years and happily counting)!
Highly recommend.... No need to get a sore back or freeze sleeping outside to see a full moon!!!

This is an awsome idea and awesome nightlight. It looks so real with the lights off. My son is 4 and sleeps in our room so I hung it on our wall. I am working on getting him back into his own room and when he takes the moon for his room I plan on getting another for ours! Only one word of caution. My little one really wanted to be hands on with it when he opened it for his birthday- well he dropped it and it stopped working! It would turn on to full moon only and we could not get it to cycle through the phases. But aside from having to have it replaced (and making it hands off) It has been a great purchase.Customer Review: Helps her sleep!

I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter that has had problems sleeping all night in her room. She used to wake up frequently and was afraid of the dark and would always end up in bed with the parents. After receiving her moon, if she woke up she would use the remote control to turn on her moon and was able to get back to sleep. Now she wakes up much less frequently and often sleeps all night.
The moon appears well made and is securely attached to the wall. It turns off automatically to help conserve battery life. Still, I would recommend rechargeable batteries in a product like this.

My two year-old son loves his MOONIE, as he was born at night, under the energy of the FULL MOON.
When he began talking about "MOONIE high up in the sky," I knew that I had to get him something that was both age appropriate AND related to the MOON. Thank God for Uncle Milton!
He loves this nightlight, and demands that it is turned on every night before he falls asleep. For some reason, it brings him great comfort, which is fine with me!
This is a great way to introduce your child to the idea of planets and planetary objects, and I give it my highest recommendation!
