This item was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 50+ year old brother, who has been a die-hard Beatles fan since their first record hit the airwaves in the sixties. The game is the typical monopoly set up and rules. I purchased this for my 14 year old son and he loves the game. I'm a big Beatles fan and this is a gift for my daughter whom I have made a Beatles fan also. She is going to love it. She saw it on the Beatles website and knows how much it cost there. I purchased this game for my ten year old son who happens to love both the Beatles and Monopoly. It couldn't be a better gift. I highly recommend it for anyone who is familiar with those four guys from Liverpool. Even the people who are not (all five of them) will enjoy playing.
