Customer Review: Another wonderful Ty beanie Summary: 5 StarsThe entire Backyardigan line by Ty is simply wonderful. The texture is soft and they're perfect for both cuddling and pretend play by preschoolers. My 3y.o. gathers them all up to dance and act out scenes with her when she watches the backyardigans. Collect them all!
Customer Review: A favorite toy Summary: 4 StarsI bought the Uniqua Backyardigans toy for my 1 year old niece who absolutely loves the series. She immediately recognized the character and began to chew all over it (that means she likes it!). We have since added Pablo and Tyrone to her collection and will soon be adding Tasha and Austin so she'll have complete set.
Thanks for so much!
Customer Review: The Pink, Spotted One Summary: 5 StarsMy son LOVES the Backyardigans and we now have all five stuffed animals from Ty (we began with Tasha).
Uniqua is extroverted and confident--but no one seems to be sure what kind of creature she is! She's pink with magenta spots, and is clothed with a spotted jumper outfit. It's sewed on, so the outfit isn't removable. The "buttons" are sewn pieces of cloth, so you don't have to worry about parts that could choke little ones.
From a distance, the Ty Backyardigan beanie babies may look like they're made of rough, itchy fabric--but they are not. The fabric is soft and smooth--somewhat like chenille.
If your child loves the Backyardigans, enjoys fantasy play (like tea parties or role playing), or perhaps needs a friend to keep him/her company at bedtime--Uniqua would make a wonderful present!
Customer Review: My Granddaughter's new best friend Summary: 3 StarsWe gave her Uniqua (she calls it "neeka")for Christmas and it hasn't left her side since. It sits at the table with her for dinner, sleeps with her and accompanies her on the sofa watching TV. She's only 2 years old, but I'm sure Neeka will be joining her for "tea" very soon.
