Because this was a TY product I was hesitant to get this for my 2 yr old wondering if it would be age appropriate.
I made the mistake of ordering a plush version from another seller on Amazon with horrible results.( and ironically they never posted my review! )
as quickly as I sent that back I put the order in for this set right away and I can't be happier. It's everything I expected from TY and more. Just right for my son and no concerns at all.
If you are looking for a quality max and ruby then look no further!

I saw this item on Amazon,and of course my first thought was that I could find them in a store well I couldn't. My daughter was turning 3 and she loves Max and Ruby and I knew this would be so perfect. I was afraid I waited too long so I ordered express delivery. They came on her birthday and this was almost a month ago but she takes them everywhere. She loves to make up stories with them They are slightly weighted so they stand but they are still cuddly, and pocket (big pocket) sized.Customer Review: Machine Washable!!

Max and Ruby "stuff" is pretty difficult to come by...My 2-year old loves the cartoons and books, so when I ran across these on Amazon I just had to get them for her. Again, being carried around by a 2-year old, this pair of Beanies has been through the wash multiple times in the last few months. They just keep coming out of the dryer looking like new. My 3-year-old daughter ADORES these Max and Ruby Beanie Babies. The "Easter Bunny" included them in her Easter basket this year, and she squealed with joy the moment she saw them! They are the perfect size for her hands, and she likes to carry them around everywhere we go. We enjoy watching the show, and these stuffed versions of Max and Ruby look just like the characters. A perfect gift set for any "Max and Ruby" fan!
