Congo isn't the cutest beanie, but she does have a special place in my heart. I like some of the older beanies, particularly because she has more of a defined shaped than others. I would use her for a read aloud about gorillas, jungle, etc. She can easily be wiped when kiddies slobber on her.

Congo sits up big and tall; he knows he's one handsome gorilla. His body is shiny black, and his ears, four feet, and face are deep brown. His imposing face has an extended brow and long jaw, and his eyes and nose are black buttons. This popular gorilla is hard to find, extremely collectible, and makes a great gift.
