Customer Review: A Pluffie is not a Beanie Baby

Okay, call me ignorant, because I didn't read the description close enough. So when I got this LARGE Beanie Baby made of terry cloth, I was surprised. It's cute and soft and cuddly, so I can't take that away, but really I was expecting a Beanie Baby. So shame on me. The doll is about 10" high and only has beans in his feet. The body is stuffed and the fabric is similar to terry cloth, like you find on your bathroom towels, which of course makes it great for washing. So, overall a good stuffed toy, but be cautious if what you're looking for is a Beanie Baby. ;-)Customer Review: Cute and soft

Not much say. Ty is a good brand. The litlle monkey is cute and soft.
This push toy can be given to newborn which is not the case for the vast majority of them which only good the 3 years old.

He really is adorable. Very soft. I call my little girl a monkey so people get us monkeys all the time. I really like this one. He stays in her crib with her and is always in a different place when I go in to get her. I would recommend him!Customer Review: MominBarboursville

This is my son's favorite friend. I am so glad I found another one on Amazon because after more than a year of wear and tear by a very active toddler I needed a new one. The first one held up well though...many cycles through the washing machine. My younger daughter keeps trying to take my son's so I got her a pink one. Not sure what it is about this little guy...but he sure is a hit with kids. Thanks Amazon for stocking these!Customer Review: Very soft and super cuddly

My daughter cannot get enough plush monkey toys. She is only 6 months old, but they are defintely her favorite (mine too).
They actually make a pink and blue version of Dangles though we have the traditional one.
He is VERY soft, and larger than the regular beanie babies. There are no sharp or rough edges and I feel completely comfortable letting my little one play with him.
I only gave 4 stars for the educational value, only because he is a standard plush toy with no "extras" (like the shining stars which let you register a star on the Internation Star Registry). He also received 4 stars for durability, only because there are a few little strings coming undone, though this will not be a major problem for a while. I have not washed him in the washing machine, but am glad the other poster pointed that out.
All in all, this little guy is a GREAT value for the money, especially with the free shipping incentive. I will buy another one when this one wears out which I don't think will happen any time soon.
