I was happy with the size of this bear. I happened to buy it for a 21 year old who adores and collects polar bears but when I opened the shipping box I could just imagine a child's delight in receiving this toy. It's not squishy because of the robotics beneath the fur but it is soft and begs to be hugged from the start. Our 5 year daughter purchased this with a gift certificate she received for Christmas this year. She has had a great time playing with it and will not put it down! She loves being able to care for and feed it with the bottle, and one of her favorites is hugging it to make it go to sleep. Her older brothers (mom, too) are enjoying it just as much. I got this toy for Christmas and i couldn't stop playing with it. It is sooooo fun! My name is Audrey and I am 11 years old. I recommend this toy for ages 8 and up because if you bought this toy for younger kids it might scare them because the bear is kinda realistic. It would be great for kids around my age group. This is a very cute toy, my nine year old and her cousins like it alot. it is one of the cutier fur real friends. we now have two fur real cats one dog and two bears. my daughter likes the bear but the cats are her favorite. the bear will give you a hug. we also got the baby bear but all it does is make noise and open its eyes she does not play with it much.Customer Review: I love Fur Real friends!

Hi. I'm nine years old and I got this toy for my birthday. I think it is alot of fun to play with. I would recommend this toy for all kids who like interactive toys, because it does lots of neat things. However you should not get a fur real friends for any young kids. I have 5 fur real friends and I like to collect them.
