My son just loves this firetruck. He lives near a fire station so I know that the love will continue. I wanted a vehicle that was not too fast or too slow that he could crawl after and this fits the bill perfectly. I read a review that the ladder could pinch fingers. I have kept a close eye on my son using it and so far this has not happened. I will continue to watch out for this and will update if this occurs.Customer Review: fun toy!

My son FREAKED OUT when he got this toy for his second birthday. It has held up to his rough play and is a perennial favorite of his. (We also have a big dump truck just like the fire truck, and it has withstood a dunking in the bath tub...the batteries just had to dry out first!) I like its big size and the fact it "goes" on its own, and the noises it makes aren't too annoying. Overall, a great toy!

This is a great toy for kids. I bought this for a friend's son and he loves it! He is fascinated with the lights and sounds. This is a durable product and it entertains the kids for hours.
For the person who gave this one star, it was inappropriate to buy this product for a 14 month old child. There is a reason for the recommended age on all toys.

My son received this truck for his 2nd b-day. He has played with it consistently for 1 year now. He loves to play with it as he watches the Little People videos. It's definitely the most played with and longest played with toy. It's the only truck that hasn't had some part of it broken. Highly recommend it for boys who love anything with wheels.Customer Review: Great fun!

My son got this truck for his first birthday, and while he seemed to like it then, he's loves it now (he's 2 1/2). He just plays with it more and more. It's certainly a toy that will grow with your child and get a lot of use! (And it's held up remarkably well. Just one battery change, and it still looks and sounds like new.)
