I bought this doll from a Barbie Catalog I got in the mail. When I recieved it. . . .I was sooo happy! She is a beautiful doll, with silky hair. (before u start playing w/ her) Her dress is so lovely. I love the colors, and it gives me this fantastic tropical Hawaiin feel!!! Considering that I am a Hawiian dancer, I especially love the look of this doll! She is lovely, and I think anyone should buy it!!!!!! I play with her all the time. They did a great job on her make up, and flower headpiece. She is not wearing shoes, but she does have a lei...and anklet!!Customer Review: Princess of Hawaii Teen Review

I bought this doll to complement my Diwali Festivals of the World Barbie doll, she has instantly become one of my favourites, the beautiful flowers on her dress and the beautiful blue colors just spells out "Paradise", her skin tone is a beautiful dark brown typical of a true Polynesian Girl, lastly her face and her big brown eyes is just so beautiful and serene. I also have the DOTW Hawaii from 1996 and this one is just way better! She comes with collectors card and Certificate of Authenticity.Customer Review: Beautiful doll!

Being a Pacific Islander myself, I am ecstatic that they came out with this doll! I bought it when it came out and I agree with a previous poster and am glad that she doesn't have a cheesy, touristy-looking flowered dress on or (like the Polynesian Barbie that had previously been released) have one of those grass skirts on. The flowers she is wearing are also very well-done, and the doll herself is gorgeous. Overall I am very happy with it.Customer Review: >>Princess of the Pacific Islands<<

This doll has a beautiful blue gown and beautiful brown hair. I decided that she is Hawian and i gave her the name 'Alana', which means 'fair and beautiful', like this doll! get her and enjoy her. She's beautiful and definetly worth it! get all the other Princess dolls, too!
(PS : I got my name from her! well, the princess part, and the pafific islands part, except i really live on a "Pacific Island"! LOL)

Pacific Princess is a highlight in the Princesses of the World collection.
