While assembling this toy, i thought, wow this is easy. Then i got to the ladder. The ladder is supposed to "pop" into place against the bed. Either the ladder or the bed was poorly manufactured and the ladder would not pop securley onto the bed. Even if the ladder did pop into place, there is no way it would've lastest more than an hour of use. It was obvious that this manufacture, in an effort to "cut costs", produced a poorly manufactured product. It's ashame that companies are so competitive these days that they'll produce deficient products that look good "on display" but when you get them home and put them together they malfunction. There bet is that even though they've produce a deficient product, you won't spend the time to take the product back. I had to use zip ties to hold the ladder to the bed. And yes, i could take the product back, go stand in line for an hour at toys r rus... The manufacture should not only refund the money, but they should also pay for my gas money and time for standing in line to return the product.
