Toys and Games Reviews of Wolverine : Wolvy-Bot To Aero SlasherCustomer Review: Cheap! Don't buy it! What a disappointment Summary: 1 Stars
This is the LAST time I buy ANYTHING to do with Marvel Comics/Toy Biz for my kids. These Mega Morphs are poorly made and parts that aren't even supposed to be removed come apart on their own. Too add to it, they don't really "transform" you change their position and push/pull a couple of items and then ADD extra LITTLE parts that change the look of the toy. Then there is the "power pack" which consists of what looks like a little pump with a 4 in. piece of hose that in actuality is a cable. Each of these toys has a certain action it can perform (shooting discs, plastic missiles, etc.) that requires you to plug in the power pack hose tip into the itemand press/pump a button. Guess what? The hose doesn't like to stay locked in and soemtimes doesn't even deliver on the action it is supposed to perform. I bought two of these(different models) for my sons and BOTH of them aren't worth the packaging they came in. Don't waste your money. Get them a GI Joe Sigma Six Figure or something. What a disappoinment. I"ve bought countless items made by this company for my kids because they liked the Marvel Heroes. This is the LAST time.
Description of Wolverine : Wolvy-Bot To Aero SlasherWe should be thankful for this sleek-looking transforming toy if, for no other reason, than that it?s packaging introduces the phrase "Wolvy-Bot Morphs Into Aero Slasher". And, naturally, that?s exactly what Wolvy-Bot does. Who/what is Wolvy-Bot? A large robot fighter version of the X-Men?s most mercurial superhero, Wolverine, which is piloted by a smaller version of Wolverine, appearing as a nicely articulated action figure in this set. Wolvy-Bot features pop-out claws and can transform, or morph as it were, into an airplane, or Aero Slasher providing a more traditional form of assault vehicle than does an enormous robotic doppelganger of the mutant pilot. Three spring-loaded missiles are included as part of the armature and an included comic book attempts to explain the whole complex scenario. --Charlie Williams
