Customer Review: Don't do it! Tattoos 'bleed' all over!

While the two 6 & 7 year olds had a great time with this, the results were very disappointing. The colors bled into each other & ending up looking black & blue. As soon as we removed the stencil, the colors would slowly run outside the stencil areas around their skin and blend together. You could not tell what the stencil had been -- they all became dark blobs. Even though the food colors are safe, they did NOT come off my pale children easily. It lasted for a good week -- with lots of scrubbing & soaking. My kids looked like they were beaten!
On the positive side, the airbrush worked easily & we didn't have to worry about running out of ink/marker. The kids all had a blast outside but it was quite a mess and I think even the kids were a bit disappointed about the tattoos not looking like anything. We threw it away after the first/only use. There are other tattoo kids that work much better. The tattoo where the kids apply the tattoo outline to their skin & then color the tattoo work much better.
