Customer Review: The Tiny Love Activity Gym is Great for Babies!
Summary: 5 Stars
Children grow in stages and as a consequence some toys are not forever, babies and children simply outgrow them. The Tiny Love Activity Gym is one of these types of toys. It won't keep a growing baby's attention for even 12 months, but this limitation should be viewed as a feature not as a deterrent to buying it.
The short duration of its usefulness is due to its intentional design. The striking combinations of red, white and black have been studied and proven to engage and stimulate babies in their early months when their vision is still developing.
And we loved ours. It went through 2 children without strain and now it has gone off to the neighbors newborn twins. It was easily washed and simply great in providing fun for that must have `belly-time'.
Summary: The Tiny Love Activity Gym has its place and function and our babies loved it. It is for those wonderful, romance months when your beautiful new baby is focussed on you and maybe a little bit of his/her nearby environment.

Customer Review: The best piece of equipment we have

Our daughter has been using this since birth. It is the BEST product we have owned. She is now 5 months old and she STILL plays on her gymini every morning for at least 30 mins. It has become a daily ritual for her (wake up, cuddles, bottle, gymini). We have gotten so much value out of this product. That we can buy additional attachments to hang on it is fantasitc (and they don't just have to be by "Tiny Love" either - we can use any toy that has a hanging attachment on it). Our daughter's favourite teething toy is the linking chains that we have attached in a string of 10 - we attach it to everything in the house that she plays on (high chair, swing chair, infant car seat) - they are portable and go in the dishwasher once a week. It's so easy. The gymini mat itself washes very easily. I highly recommend this product and suggest you buy it from birth. We found this product much more useful than, say, the baby papasan, which our daughter used for 6 weeks and then got bored with (and which cost twice the price of the gymini).Customer Review: Great gym, but not too "special"

My house is crawling with baby gear (PNP, gym, swing, jumperoo, etc) and I love this gym thats been around for my 3 year old, 16 month old, and 4 month old.
PROS
- It fits in the bassinet portion of our PNP
- Theres a lot of room for the baby to roll around and play.
- The colors are great for a developing baby, and its very soft.
- There are a few toys on the cross bar, but you can also attach and I can interchange them with my own link toys
- The gymni is very easy to clean
- I can pack in in a small duffle bag for travel
- I love that the Gymni has a few musical toys as well
CONS
- It would be great if the mat could be reversed to a more colorful side
- It could transform into another toy for another stage
All in all its a great gym, one that I have used for 3 kids, but I would reccomend owning something else as well, thats more stimulating or bright (or a bouncer or something) Highly reccomended

My 3 month old loves this activity gym. I noticed that she always love the colors red, black and white. I remember seeing an activity gym at the store with these colors. I was trying to get something that would keep her interested as well as get her to start reaching and grabbing. At 2 1/2 months I got this gym for her. When she is laying in it she would look at the toys and the arches and smile but wouldn't reach for them until she was just about 3 months old. Now she swings away at the toys, coos and smiles to the toys and she 'yells' at the musical toy as if to tell it to start playing the music. When she isn't laying in it but somewhere nearby, she would stare over its way all the time. I place the links in the car seat to keep her entertained and it works just as well. I sometimes sit her up in the boppy and just rearrange the toys height. This is a perfect toy for her age and I'm glad I bought it. I know it will last for a while. This gym was by far one of the top ten items I bought. The black and white and red overhead bars and toys captivated my baby from the day I got it (about 7 weeks old). The different positions for hanging toys allows for different arm length and reaching/batting practice (or just add other links to make longer). I found the mirror and the toys with stretchy legs to be the biggest hit. (Tiny Love sells other toys that will attach to this as well, making more fun for the little ones). When she could roll over, she was very into the playmat as well, and at 4 months old still tried to grab at the print. The lower clips for toys are also useful for tummy time aids, keeping the baby entertained. I used this gym several times a day, and she never seemed to tire of it. My child was much more into this than the boppy gym, which she just slid off of, or the aquarium gym, which doesnt have as many activites for a younger baby. This item is a must-buy!
