I bought this for a 4 year old. She is all into princesses. She loved it. Easy to assemble with folded piping. Can be put together in a matter of minutes. It is small - room for her and her stuffed animals. No floor. Advantage of it being small means it does not take up much space in her room. Also can be picked up and moved easily.
