Customer Review: Great Army Guys, Perfect for Toy Story Boys

My son, now almost four, got these for Christmas in 2009 and, except for missing parachutes, these army men are still going strong more than a year later. He plays with them several times a week and except for one gun snapping off, they are intact. The plastic is bright green and has some flex and the expressions/positions are clear and well-made.
Far more expensive than generic "army men" sets, I'd say that in this case you get what you pay for. These are great, classic toy that requires a lot of imagination to play with. (Always a good thing, in my book.)

My grandson's dad, who is in the Army, was just deployed to Iraq. The boys are interested in everything Army. I live in another state so when I came across this tub of soldiers w/two in parachutes, I couldn't pass it up! My daughter said the boys just loved the barrel of soldiers and played with them right away. My daughter said it was even more special since it was associated with "Toy Story" the movie, which they love, and that the quality of the toys were much better than the toy store variety. I was very pleased to hear the of the good response.Customer Review: Great soldiers!! Love these!!

These toy soldiers were absolutely wonderful for my 5 year old son! They look JUST like the ones in the movie!! And I love the fact that there's no sharp edges to cut his little fingers on. Like someone above me said - the only bad thing is that the parachutes do get tangled up very easily, but I really don't think there is any that can be done about that. We LOVE these & have TONS of fun playing with them! Would definately recommend them! :)Customer Review: Tangled strings but cool

It is a nice set. You get 72 soldiers (including two paratroopers). The main problem with the paratroopers is first when you put them back in the bucket the strings get tangled up and it's a real stress to fix. Also, with the paratroopers it's hard to let them drop. I'm always afraid the soldiers going to melt, but they are a cool toy anyway. There are even some poses I've never seen before!Customer Review: Best toy soldiers I have ever seen

My son is into playing army so I picked these up for Christmas, the bucket is sturdy and the lid stays on well so they are easy to keep in one place, much better than the zip lock bag method we were using and the army guys are just hands above better than any I have ever seen. Check out the Toy Story tank, it is equally as good in quality!
