Customer Review: My 3 year old son is ADDICTED to Zingo!

I bought Zingo for my 3 year old son for Christmas, as a way to try to introduce him to board games. He wasn't overjoyed when he opened it, but a couple of weekends ago I brought it out and played it with him. Now, it is all he wants to do. As soon as he wakes up, he is asking to play Zingo. All day long, all he wants to do is play Zingo! I think he likes it because it is very simple to play, but also a very quick game, so there is no time to be bored. He wants to play all 8 cards on both sides whenever we bring it out. So, it has been a huge success! It's driven the rest of the family batty, but if they have a sibling that is willing to play non-stop with them, it is so worth it!Customer Review: Kids under 4 love it too

My four-year-old daughter got this game for Christmas. She loves to play and her three-year-old cousin could play it with her. Now, my son, who is not even two yet, enjoys playing this game too. He cannot necessarily say what the picture is, but he can match the tiles to the pictures on his card. He really enjoys grabbing the tiles and matching them to his card. He helps everyone else match theirs too. This game can be a lot of fun for little kids. I know the age recommendation starts at age four, but younger kids can play it too. Just make sure to keep an eye on any children under three for the choking hazard. My son does not put things like that in his mouth, so we have had no worries.Customer Review: Utter, complete, total and absolute fun for adults and kids

Everyone could follow the simple rules: recognize the word or the shape on the two picture tiles ejected from the Zingo dispenser and, if they are on your card, call them out to get them. Call out a tile that's not on your card and you get a warning. Three warnings and you lose a tile. Even the 3 year old understood that.
We had a lot of fun playing several rounds and the kids were still eager for more when bedtime came around.
Overall, Zingo! is a lot of fun. We'll see how long the desire to play is on the kids part, but right now it's a hit - and I enjoy it as well.

I purchased this game for a little girl's 4th birthday..I thought it was a traditional Bingo game with pictures but it's a bit different. The first player to yell out they have a picture on their card to match a revealed tile, gets that tile for their card. Once we understood the rules, it was real fun! She loved it! 3 adults and the little girl played the game. Of course it was the adults who didn't follow the rules. They kept grabbing the tiles instead of letting the dealer hand them out! The tiles are plastic not cardboard (more durable) and the tile dispenser isn't as hard to use as one of the reviews indicated. A nice inexpensive game which is guaranteed to please.Customer Review: Our 3 year old loves this toy.

My daughter received this for her third birthday. She loves this game, and requests to play it with us fairly often. I thought of a way to change the game when she gets a bit older and begins to learn to read. When you slide the red box to reveal the tiles, you can slide it slowly so that it just reveals the words and not the pictures - so we could reveal only the words and challenge her to see if she can match the words to her Zingo card. The game has been wonderful for teaching her sportsmanship because if we beat her to a tile, she has to learn to wait until that tile shows up again. If she gets the tile first, she says, "Don't worry, Mommy, you'll get it next time!"
