My 8 year old son played this at school and loved it. It keeps him occupied for at least an hour. He went through the first pack of cards in 2 weeks so I ordered 3 more packs. Very easy to set-up, pack-up, take in the card etc. Some of the puzzles are even challenging for adults! It can be a fun family game as well. If my son is stuck, Mom, Dad or brother usually try to give ideas. I would highly recommend it for problem solving skills.Customer Review: There is one puzzle that is determined to destroy me.

I can't remember what number it is, because after I set up, I have to put the cards away. It can not do it to save my life and I have spent hours and hours trying. Besides that one number, Rush hour is amazing. I knew I had to get it after I spent an hour playing it at the store. My only issue is that you probably shouldn't get it for any kid who is likely to throw things when frustrated. Otherwise it's the best game in years and years.

sure, you could play 'pick up sticks' or 'jenga', but they get really redundant....
this game will get your mind thinking a little more strategically....like 'chess' or 'risk'!
it could be a one player game, but it's funner for two. ----(someone's got to put the puzzle together! and check off the 'answer list')
it's a great way to spend quality time with your kids, if you like being able to solve puzzles - together!!

It's a wonderful thinking game, good for the young and old! My 8 yr old son picks this game up more than most of his toys, and since I find it enjoyable to do as well, it's an activity that we can do together.
I particularly enjoy that it has several levels, so that my 6 yr old can also play.
The cars are plastic, and sometimes don't stay on the puzzle board very well, but overall, I highly recommend it.

My dad got this a few years ago and I thought it was stupid but I got hooked so quickly. I soon had beaten all the puzzles included, so i bought sets 2 and 3. Right now Im somewhere with 3. I dont play often but when I do I dont stop. Its amazing how something so stupid cold be so much fun. I dont see how its educational because I havnt learned anything. Its not made especially well but its not bad either. Get it and you'll love it
