I purchased this toy as a Christmas present for my 10 year old son because of rave reviews on Amazon. The reviews are correct. My son and his two sisters have not put the game down since it was opened Christmas morning. There have even been some squabbles about who gets to play next. I have been caught playing the game as well as my husband. I am happy I looked on Amazon for ideas and feel the purchase was a great one. This was a gift for my 5 year old. We explained to her once how to transfer the pattern of cars from the card to the game board, and reminded her that cars do not move sideways, and over the course of a week she worked her way through all the enclosed puzzles by herself. She did almost nothing else! I have noticed that she has a deeper understanding of spatial relationships between objects, though I don't know for sure that this game helped develop that.Customer Review: Awesome Game!!

I first encountered this game at a friends house while I was house-sitting, and I tell you...without it, I think I would have lost mt mind! It is basic yet challenging all at the same time...and it really is for all ages! Since I bought it off amazon.com, my niece and my father-in-law have both enjoyed the thrill of playing Rush Hour. I would strongly recommend this game for anyone who thinks they would be too good for this game...cause they won't be!!Customer Review: Great game!

My eight-year-old son loves cars, so this game was perfect for him! The rest of the family became addicted to it too! It really makes you think and strategize, and as soon as you think it is easy, the next arrangement is nearly impossible. My son likes it because he can play it by himself, or have some one work on it with him. I would (and already have) reccomend this game to everyone! I bought this for my daughter (age 11) last year for Christmas. It has proven to be one of the best "toys" I have ever purchased. She took it to school and showed it to her gifted class teacher and now all gifted classes have them. My 5 year old son also enjoys playing with it. He is able to solve some of the expert puzzles. It has really been a challenge to him. This is a great educational toy for any age. I highly recommend it!
