Toys and Games Reviews of ThinkFun HoppersCustomer Review: Loads of fun and challenge Summary: 5 Stars
If you like puzzles, you'll love this game. You are given a formation of frogs and some very simple hopping rules (similar to checkers). The objective is to remove all but a specified frog from the formation using those moves. Some puzzles are very simple and others are a bit challenging. Overall, the challenge is just right that it can be addictive as well.
This is a solitary player game and NOT a multiplayer game. However, two or more people can solve puzzles together as well if you like it.
Customer Review: Great toy! Summary: 5 Stars
This is such a nice, durable, portable fun toy for kids and adults! I read all reviews and bought three of them - one of our family and two for birthday gifts. My 9-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl enjoy it very much. We take turns to play cards. Even the first person completes the card, the others can still use the same card to play because you don't necessary remember all the steps he/she took. Every day we spend about 10~20 minutes on it and had great family fun!
Customer Review: Good buy Summary: 4 Stars
I purchased this game for one of my nephews. he seems to be enoying it. I liked the appearance of it when it arrived and it seems like a good game to develop skills. I'm only guessing at the durability aspect but it seems sturdy enough to last as long as used appropiately. It is however not sturdy enough to withstand a more aggressive user. Given the age group it's targetted at, I'm guessing it won't be a toy to pass on to younger siblings.
Customer Review: This game is so addictive and fun I couldn't put it down! Summary: 5 Stars
At first Hoppers appears to be a very easy game but that is its charm. The game gets progressively more difficult and very challenging. Most of all this game is out right FUN! I simply couldn't put it down. I originally bought it for my sons birthday but I had no idea how much I was going to enjoy it too. Two big thunmbs up!
Customer Review: Hop Hop Hop Summary: 4 Stars
Another fun game for those who can't read or who can't read English. The youngest likes to put the pegs in. It is good practice setting up the games from the cards. The little frogs can get lost, but the neat box the game makes into helps with that. And, you don't need all the frogs to play most of the set ups.
