Awesome item- perfect for dollhouse doll's toys or to display. Great detail on all items, nice paint job. The tree house is really cool!
Note on educational value rating- all pretend play toys are great for socialization skill building. Kids use dolls to express themselves and act out real life stuff and fantasies, so it adds to the play value if their dolls have toys just like they do. These are also replicas from the 60's so you can look up the original items online and show them to your kid. Even better- look up your old childhood favorites and show them to your kid, and talk about what her favorites are, and which of her toys would make good minis.
