I bought this spring float because is compact, yet I wouldn't need super lungs or an inflator to set it up. It is as quick and easy to set up as I expected. Just let it pop up, blow a little air (it doesn't take much) and I'm done.
My kids like to sit in the mesh as if this is a boat. Because of that, the mesh quickly started coming apart at the bottom seam. It's easy to sew up. Just beware that the mesh is not meant to bear the full weight of < 50 lb. children.
I like the papasan, but sitting up in it requires I actually sit up. Any attempt to lean back renders me flat on my back, although that position can be quite comfortable. It's like floating in an inner tube, but I'm more submerged in the water.
I'm 130 lbs., 5'5". This chair fits me well. My brother is 5'10". I don't know how much he weighs, but he has a muscular build. He was a little too tall or big to lay in it comfortably and for some reason, he kept tilting to one side when he when he was in it. His girlfriend and I did not have that problem, so we chalked it up to his size.
