I bought this toy as a gift. When I received the toy I thought I had tested it (I turned it on and pushed the Demo button) and I thought it worked. So I threw out the box, packing material, and return slip. Later when I tried to personalize it with the name of the child I planned as the recipient, two out of three of the function buttons did not work. The only reason Amazon didn't get it back is I had already thrown everything away to return it. I figured I had enough aggravation trying to get it to work - I did not need the hassle of trying to return it with no paperwork, so it went in the trash. Then I had to shop for a new gift.
