Customer Review: Pulling this caused some back pain

I've had this wagon since July 21st, 2010 and when I was first using the wagon I would always have back pain afterward. It took me about a week to realize the wagon was causing it. When I use it now, I have to make sure and switch my pulling arm so my back does not get worn out on one side. It is quite difficult to pull this wagon. My advice is to choose a different one to buy.
The back pain caused by this is just not worth it. I am not a weak person by any means, but it has something to do with the handle and those front two wheels. The design is definitely flawed. I'm 5'2" and at my height it just seems that the front wheels come off the ground just a tiny bit with every pull of the wagon as I'm walking. The wheels are a hollow rubber-like material and are incredibly noisy. They rattle around like crazy which I believe is directly related to the back issue as I'm constantly tensed up trying to keep this wagon in a straight line.
The door and storage features are what sold me on this wagon, however, the handle can be a little tricky for a toddler as you have to really hold the latch down on one side to lift it and then also push the door out. My son loves to walk in and out through the door, though he cannot open it himself yet (2 yrs old) because it requires a good shove to open. I agree with another reviewer that the storage should be on the handle side so it's easily accessible for your child. My son always sits on the storage side when we are moving and it could be more tricky for him to get up, turn around and open to look for something balance wise. I know that some parents may not allow their child to stand while in the wagon so this could be overlooked.
