I received the playhouse today, and couldn't wait to take it out of the box. It is SO adorable!! I am not very talented in the putting together dept., but I had it together in no time. It is very, very easy to put up. My granddaughter, will LOVE it! If I get in, I don't know how easy it will be to get out though. For small children. My oldest child asked Santa for a gas station for Christmas. After he showed me what kind he wanted at $400, santa settled for a smaller "General Store" and put a plastic gas pump out in front. His reaction was, "That is perfect, I am so happy". So santa saved a lot of money and he loves it. Very easy to put together but make sure you use a drill with the screws.Customer Review: Not as sturdy as I expected

I think overall this product is okay. My DD is 18mos and maybe she is still too young for it. She loves playing with the phone that comes with the cottage rather than playing in the cottage itself. As far as being sturdy, the floor buckles very easily and I can see it bend when she walks on it. She is 25lbs but for the price I would expect more durability.Customer Review: LOVE IT!

We just got this for our 21 month old and she loves it. She's able to do all of the fun things it offers (open all the window, play with the phone, go in and out of the door, etc.) and my husband actually can fit in there with her when she requests. :) Its made VERY well and we're really happy with the color scheme and quality. Would highly recommend.

this house is great we bought it for inside and it fits nicely in our family room! i also like the fact you can see the kids playing cause it is so open and i love the floor that it has so if i were to put it outside the inside wouldnt get all muddy like the outside house we have now! also the price was great! my youngest really loves the phone and doorbell!
