i always wanted a playhouse like this when i was a kid, and i'm so glad i was able to get it for my daughter :) she is almost 2.5 years old and it is the perfect size for her. either my husband or myself can play inside comfortably with her. she loves the doorbell and telephone features, the play sink, etc. i think it was a good buy for the price, my hubby had no trouble assembling it, and it seems sturdy.Customer Review: Perfect for my little one!

I love this little cottage. We got it for my 18 month old and she enjoys it everyday!! I love that it is more open than other pretend houses, so there is plenty of air circulation in our hot humid weather while she is playing. The construction is very durable, and there is enough space for her and a friend, or doll to play! Definitely don't think twice. And the free shipping is a bargain on this!

Our grandchildren turned 2 and this cottage was our gift to them. We had it shipped directly to our daughters house and they assembled it. What a hit. Our granddaughter and grandson just love this cottage. It has a nice open view for parents who are supervising. Grandpa was not sure this was a good idea but after seeing the children playing with it he thinks I am a very smart grandmother.Customer Review: Awesome!

I bought this playhouse for my two-year old grandson's second birthday. He loves it. He takes his stuffed friends out to 'his' house. He hauls stools out to it for additional seating for his friends. He plays for hours in 'his' house. He really likes his house cleaned up, so he sweeps the floor and since it has a hard floor it's perfect. We purchased the cottage for my daughter's first birthday and she loved it! While her uncle was assembling it she sat on the chair and played with the phone. She's now 17 months and plays in it until she has to come in the house. Its very durable, safe and just the right size for her. She and my 5 year old nice play for hours inside together. I would recommend this item.
