We purchased the Neat & Tidy Cottage for our daughter's 2nd birthday. She LOVES it! The doorbell and phone are an added bonus. The only problem was that the holes didn't line up so my husband had to improvise. Lucky for us he is good at that sort of thing. The cottage could be improved if the engineers were more careful about lining up the holes and leaving room between the sides of the sink and where the screws go in. It was tough getting a screwdriver to fit in between. Overall, our daughter loves it, which was the point.Customer Review: A home of one's own!

My son just got this as an early 3rd birthday gift from his grandparents and he loves it. Like another poster said, this thing was a breeze to put together. I think it was together in about 40 minutes and that's saying alot because neither my husband or myself are what you call "handy". Having an electric screwdriver helps though and a second set of hands does make it easier for holding the walls in place while the screws are going in. It doesn't take up alot of room, so if space is a concern, this is a winner.Customer Review: kathy with two boys

I ordered this playhouse for my boys, age 2 and 3. They enjoy playing at their preschools playground that has a couple of playhouses. We have it outside and they always play in it when we go out. When I first ordered it, I was missing some parts but then the mgf sent me replacement within 5 days. It was hard to put together without an electric drill. Since the holes were not premade for you to screw it in. But the house is sturdy enough for two boys to play in it.Customer Review: Worth every penny!

My daughter got this when she was three yrs old. She's 5 and half now and still has a ball playing in it with her girlfriends. They play house and sit at the table and eat lunch or play with Play Doh and just generally have a great time with it. We've had it over 2 yrs and it's holding up beautifully. We love the fact that we can see in and watch what the kids are doing and that it has a floor. I'd buy one again if I ever had a need for another playhouse.Customer Review: Perfect little cottage...

I have two daughters, ages 2 and 4 and they love playing house, having tea party's with the table and two seats included in the cottage, and talking on the phone (also included). Love how this playhouse has a floor. Easy to assemble (recommend an electric drill). You definitely can't beat the price. It is smaller than the other playhouses and would be difficult for an adult to sit in there. But the large windows make peaking in a breeze.
