This house has all the features of the more expensive houses, for a better price. It was easy to put together (although the faucet doesn't connect to the sink as well as I'd like it to). The floor is wonderful, and after it rains or we hose it down, it drains very well-the only place any water collects is the sink and one of the seats. Don't leave the cordless phone in the house if it's outside though, ours got waterlogged and wouldn't stop ringing, I had to pull the batteries out and let it dry out again. The house isn't too big, no more than 2 kids can play very comfortably, but that wasn't a big deal for us. My son has been playing in it since he could cruise around, loves opening the door and shutters.Customer Review: Good but flimsy

This is a good toy. Obviously all toddlers pretty much love little houses and hideaways and this one is no exception. It's great that they've put so much in such a small space. A door, lots of closing windows, a sink, table little chairs. The built in floor is a nice option too. The only thing I was disappointed in is it is incredibly flimsy. The plastic is completely hollow all the way through. Every piece is hollow, including the chairs. So really, as far as this standing up to a "beating" that an older than 2 child might give it, it wouldn't. My dog could do just a few chews on it and bite through completely and ruin it. My 2 year old son LOVES his new playhouse. He loves to go in and out of the door and sit his stuffed animals in the two seats. He also uses the phone and likes to look out of the windows to play peek-a-boo. He has a "dusty the talking vaccum" and likes to vacuum his house. It's the first thing he goes to in the morning and usually the last thing he plays with at night. The thing I love the most about it is the openess. I can always see what he is doing and he loves being able to see out. I am keeping it indoors for now and it doesn't take up too much space even though it is pretty good size. I think this a great playhouse for a girl or boy!Customer Review: Junk, you get what you pay for!

We bought this playhouse for our two boys and immediately returned it. The quality and durability of the plastic is just awful. It is very cheap. My son leaned up against the counter inside and the outside of the wall caved in. Needless to say, my husband disassembled this and we took it back. We spent an extra $100 and bought the Little Tikes ImagineSounds Playhouse. It is 100% better and my son just loves it. The quality is so much better, and it is a much larger playhouse and the boys will be able to fit inside much longer than they would have with this one. Just remember this: If the price is cheap, the product probably is too!Customer Review: Great House For the Price!!

I have an 15 mo. old and and 4 year old and they both LOVE this house! Both fit comfortably inside. Was easy to put together although I would recommend using a power screw driver. You can do it by hand but after awhile you'll lose the oomph. I like it because you can see what they are doing inside with the open windows all around. And the 2 seater with table inside is cute. Comes with a phone, but dont leave it in the rain! Did that and is sounds boggy now. LOL! Overall, its a great house for the price and my kids love it everyday! Oh! and its got a floor...most dont and the kids end up on the yucky ground after it rains and stuff.
