Customer Review: Great house for little ones

We bought this house for our son's first birthday and he's having a blast exploring every inch of it. He loves to "talk" on the phone, open and close the shutters, and press the button on the faucet. It's keeping him very busy, and because it has a floor we've decided to keep it inside for now. That square patch of carpet won't get worn out from him constantly walking around in it.
The house was easy to put together. My husband had it set up in less than 30 minutes. As for the quality, I'd say it's excellent. I don't think a house like this was meant for big kids to play in, so it probably wouldn't hold up if your child is too old or heavy for their age. But it should be just fine for the average sized 1-4 year old, even a smaller 5 year old. Overall we're very happy with this purchase.

We bought this playhouse as a Christmas present for our two girls - soon to be 2 and 4. One reason we bought it was the price was right and another reason was that it has a floor, you don't have to worry about wet grass, dirt or bugs crawling in from the ground. Plus they can have a rug or comfy chair inside. My husband put it together by himself Christmas Eve and said it couldn't have been easier, it took about a half an hour. We kept it inside for about a week and the girls just love playing in it. It's a perfect size for inside when its cold or for outside when its nice out. There are two little seats in there for them to sit at a little table, our girls even ate lunch out there once. They like to open and close the shutters and of course ring the working doorbell. I have mixed feelings regarding this toy. My 12-months old daughter absolutely loves it. She had so much fun peeking out of the windows and going in and out of the little front door. But what a pain it was putting it up!!! I think Step 2 just assumed that everybody has a power tool. Well, too bad not in my case. The toy comes with no pre-drilled holes and it took me (and my husband) more than an hour of back breaking hard labour to put everything together. It would have been so much easier if they just drill a few holes. I don't think I would have bought it if I knew this before hand. So I guess my advice is that if you have the proper tools, this is a great toy for your little one. However, if all you have is a screw driver, then you might want to think twice.Customer Review: My Daughter LOVES this house!

We bought this house for my daughter for her 1st Birthday, we must have looked at about 15 different houses, this one stood out because it had a little table and built in chairs, opening shutters, a mail slot, and a working door and doorbell (although the doorbell did not work when we installed it and had to have the manufacturer replace it, which they were happy to do). Another bonus is the built in floor, so that if you choose to keep it outdoors (we haven't) little feet are not sitting in the dirt. She loves to play in this house it keeps her busy opening and closing the door and pushing 'mail' through the slot. She especially loves the table and chairs. I like that it's open and I can see what she's doing and she likes that she can be seen 'playing house'.Customer Review: VERY HAPPY!!!

We bought this house for my 13 month old Son. We picked this one due to the colors are very Non-Gender related. My Son LOVES this house he was in it while my husband was putting it together yelling at him like Hurry up Daddy. It was very easy to put together we had it up in less than 30 minutes. Great features with the doorbell and mail slot and phone. Wish the faucet clicked together with the sink better though they really need to rethink that. You will need a electric screwdriver or Drill because if they had predrilled holes the screws wouldn't grip in the plastic very well. I worte this due to so many complaints on that because we found that not a big deal.. But all and all Very cute and fun house. Hope this review helps.
