I bought this for my 17 month old Granddaughter.She loves it.I feel it was easy to assemble even with her running in and out of it.I love that it has a floor in it and a table and chairs.I feel i made a good investment because i'm sure we will use it for future Grandchildren.After looking at other playhouses we chose this one because the price was great for all it had.Now if i can just find a broom like in the picture she will be happy.
