Customer Review: Badass.
Summary: 5 Stars
Reno very detailed and poseable, and pretty high-quality too. There are some minor quality issues, but I'm nitpicking. His neck came off when I took him out of the box; I hadn't even touched his neck and it simply fell off. It snaps back on, but it's a bit difficult. Other than that, he has been very durable.
The hair might slightly vary from each individual model. The one in the picture has perfect hair, but with mine, the hair in front of his face kinda curves to one side. It's mildly annoying but not a big deal. Something that puzzled me is the shoes: one shoe is shinier than the other one. This might vary between individual figures. Again, it's not really a big deal.
Some slight production flaws also might be present (extra bits of plastic stuck on the figure from the production process). The large ones come off easily, but the smaller ridges slightly bother me. I'm used to toys like Lego and Playmobil, which virtually have ZERO production flaws, and it seems like for $30-$60, Reno shouldn't have any production material left on him. However they are barely noticeable, unless you're a detail nitpicker like me >_<
I might've liked his expression to be less serious (he is a comic relief character, after all), but the sculpt is still very good. The joints are pretty well-done, and aren't super noticeable. Perhaps because his suit is all black. His shoulder sockets seem a bit large, but again that's just nitpicking.
He comes with 3 left hands, 2 right hands, and his taser weapon. The hands and the taser are all impressively detailed. It's difficult to make him hold the taser because his fist is so tightly closed, but his hands are durable so you can force it in there pretty hard and you won't break him. The hands are easy to interchange.
Overall, even with the nitpicking, I gave him five stars. He is reasonably durable, poseable, detailed, and a great likeness of the character, and I'm very happy with it.
