Customer Review: If at first you don't succeed...

I purchased this product for my 9 year old. we were both disappointed as the toy did not "pop" at all. I called the company customer service number and was told that many of the packages that are in stores are defective. Upon proof of purchase, they sent me out a new set.
The new set worked. According to my daughter, "they are so cool". They pop up to the ceiling, and we have some very high ceilings. If your's don't work, you may want to do what we did. It will be worth your time.
