I bought this for my 5 year old for school, and it holds a fair amount of stuff. My son doesn't go to school full time so, it fits everything he needs...like it fits: a sandwich, a couple juice boxes, granola bar, crackers and raisins. Durable little box. Never opens on it's own, stays shut. I've had it for a month or so.

A great and colorful way to carry special things. 7.5" x 6"Fans of Thomas the Tank Engine are sure to be proud bringing lunch fare to school inside this classic metal lunch box. The vivid watercolor illustrations printed on each side of the box look like they came straight off the page from the original Thomas the Tank Engine stories, and the metal design will remind many parents of the lunch boxes of their youth.
