i don't know if the issue is with amazon or with this robot.
i have returned two to amazon at this point, and am looking for another robot.
i wanted it as a decoration for my son's birthday party, but the first robot arrived covered with rust spots and fingerprint smudges--obviously not new.
it also didn't include the crank, so who knows if it actually moved.
i returned it for another and that one came with more rust, more fingerprints, and a detached head!
i tried my best to put the head back on, but it just wasn't happening.
i think if you want this on a shelf and don't feel like touching it or moving it, it's cool looking, but if you actually want it to move around and look decent, i wouldn't purchase it here.
you'll probably get my returns and have to go through the same ordeal.
