This is a wonderful creation that lets baby (and toddler) have their own pictures that can neither be mangled or soaked when chewed on. My son loves having pictures of familiar faces to look at when the older ones are at school. The plastic sleves and cover lend themselves to durability unlike other cloth versions on the market. My son loves this book! I got it for him when he was about 5 months old and he still loves it at 1 year. I change the pictures of him in it every few weeks and he loves to look at the "babies". He's recognizing the pictures now and thinks it's great. It's fun and entertaining for all ages. Highly recommended toy!Customer Review: Terrific First Book for parents and babies

My 3 year old began to enjoy photographs when he was a little more than one year old. We do not live close to our family and this book is great to put in photos of the grandparents, their cars, their houses, the horse we saw when we visited etc. You and your child can look at the book and your child will learn the names of relatives and other objects. Since we live in the Virgin Islands, photos of snow serve as an excellent reminder of what life is like elsewhere. Young children love repetition and familiarty and seeing photographs of loved ones and familiar places and themes in a book in which they can turn the pages and drool over, is great fun for a toddler. We got our daughter this photo album when she was 6 mos old. She loves to look at all the pictures. Especially to remind her of relatives she hasn't seen in a while! She still plays with this photo album almost daily. Now we keep it in the car for a carseat toy. My 18 month daughter loves this...I bought it for her about 6 months ago to take to her daycare in the morning and filled it with photos of family & friends. She takes it everywhere still...highly recommend this!
