Toys and Games Reviews of 'Table Topics - Couples, Blue'

Customer Review: I loved it, but my boyfriend didn't
Summary: 5 Stars

Interesting questions that could lead into nice conversations, allowing couples to express themselves about random things.
My boyfriend didn't like the idea of reading the questions and then talking about it. He said: "no real man would ever agree to play this type of game".
So, if your man has the 'macho man' mentally like my boyfriend, be aware!
What I do now, is memorize some of the questions that I want to talk about, then I throw them in the middle of a regular conversation, so he doesn't even realize he's playing the game! :)

Customer Review: Couple's Edition edited-No negative questions
Summary: 5 Stars

TABLETOPICS listened to their customers and have edited/changed many of the questions. There are no longer questions about past relationships or anything with a negative connotation. The questions will challenge and inspire a couple to learn something new about their partner and even themselves! It is a fun tool for couples to create meaningful conversation about things that make them unique as individuals and that bond them as a couple.

Customer Review: Serious, but fun conversations
Summary: 5 Stars

My wife and I had a lot of fun going through these conversation topics. They range from the trivial (what should your partner know about the types of gifts you like and dislike?) to the serious (what would you do if you got pregnant?). These probably wouldn't be so great for people uncertain in their relationship, but they could probably make a good relationship even stronger.

Customer Review: not for newly dating couples
Summary: 4 Stars

this is designed for serious couples that are in well-established relationships or are married. i thought this would be a fun way to get to know my NEW boyfriend better. i sorted through the cards and would only be comfortable using about 1/3 of the cards in such a new relationship...otherwise, i just might scare him off asking questions about marriage and children. :)

Customer Review: Can we talk? (Review for family edition, not couples)
Summary: 5 Stars

Ever tried to get the kids thinking and talking (instead of whining or bickering) at the table? This is a great start! Questions that provoke thought and require *usually* more than one word answers. Draw those teenage and tweenage kids out of their own heads and back into the family. It is surprising to hear what has been rattling around in those noggins!
